1. The company Data connection s.r.o. , with registered office at No. 118, 739 51 Nosovice, ID No. 058 858 25 , registered at the Regional Court in Ostrava, Section C, Insert 69754 (hereinafter referred to as "operator" or "controller") processes data in accordance with Regulation (EU) No. 2016/679 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (hereinafter referred to as the "Regulation"), in particular the following personal data:

2. The above personal data must be processed for the performance of the contract if a purchase contract is concluded between you and the service provider. Such processing of personal data is permitted by Article 6(1)(b) of the Regulation - the processing is necessary for the performance of the contract.
The operator also processes this data for the purpose of recording the contract and for the possible future exercise and the rights and obligations defense of the parties. The retention and processing of personal data for the above purpose is for a period of 10 years from the execution of the last part of the performance under the contract, unless another legal regulation requires the retention of contractual documentation for a longer period. Such processing is possible on the basis of Article 6(1)(c) and (f) of the Regulation - the processing is necessary for the fulfilment of a legal obligation and for the purposes of the legitimate interests of the controller.

3. The processing of personal data is carried out by Data connection s.r.o., i.e. the data controller.
Personal data will not be transferred to third countries outside the EU.

4. The administrator does not have a trustee person. The administrator can be contacted at the email address info@shopstato.com.

5. As the operator of the website www.shopstato.com, the data controller uses cookies on this website for the following purposes:
