1. The company Data connection s.r.o. , with registered office at No. 118, 739 51 Nosovice, ID No. 058 858 25 , registered at the Regional Court in Ostrava, Section C, Insert 69754 (hereinafter referred to as "operator" or "controller") processes data in accordance with Regulation (EU) No. 2016/679 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (hereinafter referred to as the "Regulation"), in particular the following personal data:

2. The above personal data must be processed for the performance of the contract if a purchase contract is concluded between you and the service provider. Such processing of personal data is permitted by Article 6(1)(b) of the Regulation - the processing is necessary for the performance of the contract.

The retention and processing of personal data for the above purpose is for a period of 10 years from the execution of the last part of the performance under the contract, unless another legal regulation requires the retention of contractual documentation for a longer period. Personal data will not be transferred to third countries outside the EU.
